Please keep in mind flowers, foliage, and plants are all natural products, and not meant to be perfect. While we do our best to replicate designs, we also take into consideration the shapes & sizes of the blooms & stems. While some blooms & leaves may last weeks on end, other blooms may have a fleeting lifespan.

If you aren't completely satisfied with your floral gift, we'll do everything we can to make it right. We guarantee your satisfaction with every order for delivery. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement or refund all or part of the purchase price. Flower Bouquet Care Guide
  1. Monitor Water Levels: Ensure the vase or basket remains filled with water, especially if using floral foam, and change the water every 2-3 days. Use clean, fresh water when water starts to look murky or opaque. Add flower food if necessary. If no flower food is provided, consider using a clean, sharp knife to cut the stems and place them in fresh water. Bouquets are sent to you already prepped with floral food within the water/foam. Additional packs of food may be picked up at our shop location.
  2. Trim Stems: Re-trim the stems every 2-3 days at a 45-degree angle to maximize water absorption. Cut quickly and get the flowers back into water within 90 seconds to prevent stem scab formation.
  3. Remove Dead Material: Regularly remove any dead or wilting leaves or flowers from the arrangement to prevent the spread of bacteria and to keep the water clean.
  4. Placement and Environmental Factors:
  5. Cool Location: Display your flowers in a cool spot, away from heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight.
  6. Draft-Free Location: Display your flowers in an area out of range of any air vents or fans as drafts will dry out petals & leaves.
  7. Avoid Ripening Fruit: Keep your flower arrangement away from ripening fruits, as they release ethylene gas, which can cause flowers to wilt prematurely.
  8. Seasonal Awareness: During summer, expect a shorter lifespan as A/C is turned up higher, as this contributes to drying out the natural oils in flower petals; as well as hot temperatures leading to premature & shorter blooming times. During winter, keep flowers away from windows as temperatures below 40°F may freeze blooms, as well as heaters contributing to wilting the blooms.
