Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
Our Soft Sophistication Arrangement is a presentation of cultivated taste and unmatched elegance. Pale pink roses, double bloom lisianthus, pink veronica, ivory peonies, fuchsia Phalaenopsis orchids, Bells of Ireland, green hydrangea, viburnum stems and curly willow branches are artfully arranged in a footed glass vase to create an amazing display of grace and beauty.
Viburnum may be substituted for similar & same value blooms (such as premium matcha hydrangea paired with lepidium) due to very limited windows of being available seasonally throughout the year.
